Thetradevision.com’s Online Service (the "Service"), owned by Thetradevision.com, is provided to you ("the Buyer") under the terms and conditions of Thetradevision.com’ s Online Service Terms of Service.

The User/Sub-User will receive a password and account designation upon completing the registration process. The User/Sub-User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and is fully responsible for all activities which occur under the User's password or account. The User/Sub-User agrees to immediately notify the Service of any unauthorized use of the User's password or account or any other breach of security
Any Buyer/User/Sub-User’s subscription to Services or access to paid content shall commence from the date of payment and activation of the account. If a Buyer/User/Sub-User choose to subscribe to our Services on an ongoing basis, these terms and conditions will renew automatically for successive periods equal to the duration of their initial subscription or such renewal period as may otherwise provide on the Website pages in which Buyer/User/Sub-user subscribe to the Services.

The Buyer/User/Sub-User agrees that Thetradevision.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on such external sites or resources.
All Buyers/Users/Sub-Users confirm and accept that all data/software developed or collected by Tradevision.com about the operation of the website is the exclusive property of Thetradevision.com. All third-party content published and/or posted on Thetradevision.com is the property of the respective copyright owners and may not be copied or published or distributed in any way by any of the Users for Commercial purposes. Any information provided by the Buyer/User/Sub-User during Registration, buy a Product or Service, Acceptance of Offer, is the sole responsibility of the Buyer/User/Sub-User. The Buyer/User/Sub-User acknowledges and agrees that content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, other material or information presented to the Buyer/User/Sub-User on Thetradevision.com is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws. The Buyer/User/Sub-User acknowledges and agrees that the User is permitted to use this material and information only as expressly authorized by Thetradevision.com and shall not copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works of such content or information without express authorization.
Thetradevision.com will not be responsible or liable for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions of any data, opinion, statement, or other information displayed, uploaded or distributed through the website.
You acknowledge that any reliance upon any such opinion, statement or information shall be at your sole discretion.
All information about the Buyer-Seller profiles and contacts on the Thetradevision.com website is fetched through search engines and Third-party apps using the best possible algorithm. Thetradevision.com will not be liable for any kind of loss/ damages/liabilities for any inaccuracy of such information. Customers/Subscribers will not be entitled to any REFUNDS for any inaccuracy of such data for the aforementioned reasons.
The coverage of the database from different countries may vary from time to time as per the respective country’s laws and availability of the data. Thetradevision.com will not be liable for any kind of loss/ damages/liabilities/refunds arising out of non-availability of the data due to any matter beyond Thetradevision.com's reasonable control.
All subscriptions of buying any services are governed by the Subscription Rules set out in each Subscription Module. Each Buyer/User/Sub-User shall be deemed to have agreed to the Subscription Rules together with any modifications, revisions or supplements as Thetradevision.com may decide from time to time.
Any Buyer/User/Sub-User (who has initiated a subscription as per the Subscription Rules) agrees to pay to Thetradevision.com the Subscription Fees for any transaction on Thetradevision.com whether or not the said Services have been used in the stipulated period mentioned against each subscription. The fees is calculated according to the Thetradevision.com transaction rules governing each of the Subscription Modules.
Thetradevision.com may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate the membership, current offers or transactions, and any other information the Buyer/User places on the site on breach of this Agreement or if Service is unable to verify or authenticate any information provided by the Buyer/User/Sub-User.
Thetradevision.com shall not be liable for failure to perform, or the delay in performance of, any of its obligations if, and to the extent that, such failure or delay is caused by events substantially beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of the public enemy or governmental body in its sovereign or contractual capacity, war, terrorism, floods, fire, strikes, epidemics, global/pandemic/civil unrest or riots, power outage, and/or unusually severe weather.
The User shall always keep the Thetradevision.com indemnified against any violation of the aforesaid terms and conditions by the Buyer/User/Sub-User or by anyone on behalf of the Buyer/User/Sub-User. You agree to indemnify Thetradevision.com and its affiliates, employees, directors, officers, agents and representatives and to hold them harmless, from any losses, damages, actions, claims and liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise, directly or indirectly, from your use of Thetradevision.com website or your breach of these terms and conditions.
Overlooking the breach by the Buyer/User/Sub-User of any terms and conditions above mentioned or lack or delay in follow up action on the part of Thetradevision.com shall not be treated or construed as a waiver by Thetradevision.com of such breaches.
By using Tradevision.com you unconditionally agree to each of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. We request you to kindly keep a copy of the signed Terms and Conditions for your records.
Subscription to the Thetradevision.com database is strictly Private and confidential and usage is restricted to self-use only.
Indian data on TheTradevision.com is collated from the Global Trade database and is not based on transaction-level data of India Customs.
